Two Remootios Working Well I presently use two Remootios - one for a garage door and one for a gate, making use of scheduled automations and manual triggering. They've both worked flawlessly for several years. I've sent a few questions to the Support team during that time and they always respond quickly and thoroughly. Great product with great support.

Remootio Support made my my DYI project very simple Because of compatibility check feature on Remootio website it was easy to check if Remootio will work with my Gate opener. My exact model of gate opener was not listed, but short and simple mail to Remootio support provided the answer. Also, Support provided me with the exact wiring guide for my Gate opener. installation was fast and simple ( I am DIY-er, with no previous experience), and I'm really happy with purchase and Remootio support.

Great Product and Great Support Services What a great customer service that solved my queries literally in minutes (subject to you are in the same time zone or if in South hemisphere keep yourself awake at midnight:-). I discussed all my concerns and got a very satisfied reply from the team and you know what? It took me 10 minutes to set it all up and my garage was WIFI operated. I definitely recommend the product.

NO SUPPORT This product performed exceptionally well and was easy to install. I mounted it on the primary gate to our business without any difficulties and even ran a 150-foot Cat5 cable without any issues. However, I must mention that this product has no customer service or support available. Despite attempts to contact the manufacturer via email or phone (NO CONTACT NUMBER), there was no response. Consequently, if you have any questions or encounter any problems with the product, you will have to resolve them on your own.

Great experience with Customer Service, thanks! Unit worked great for 18 months then lost our connection. After several unsuccessful attempts to reconnect I contact the customer service and they helped get my Remootio 3 back on line. I had a loose connection on my control wire and needed to do more than one hard resets to remedy the issues. All is good now. I love the convenience this little unit provides for our main gate operation.
