This is how all devices/apps should be! This little device worked exactly as described for controlling my gates. I think I spent less than 10 minutes to install it! It also arrived by UPS in record time (1day, Hungary to France). The Remootio app to set everything up has been very carefully designed to be as intuitive as possible, I am quite amazed at how quickly I got this gate controller up and running on HomeKit.

Two Remootios Working Well I presently use two Remootios - one for a garage door and one for a gate, making use of scheduled automations and manual triggering. They've both worked flawlessly for several years. I've sent a few questions to the Support team during that time and they always respond quickly and thoroughly. Great product with great support.

Great experience with Customer Service, thanks! Unit worked great for 18 months then lost our connection. After several unsuccessful attempts to reconnect I contact the customer service and they helped get my Remootio 3 back on line. I had a loose connection on my control wire and needed to do more than one hard resets to remedy the issues. All is good now. I love the convenience this little unit provides for our main gate operation.

Great product, but after sales service is hit and miss Great product, but after sales service is hit and miss. My device failed after about 10 months of use. Initally they were responsive, saying that it would be replaced. I have been told it will be sent 'tomorrow' a few times and struggled to get replies from customer service. The replcement was finally sent about a month later - to the wrong address. Despite giving them my address, they sent it to an old one. If they could get their customer service right, this would be a fantastic product, but as it stands its simply frustrating.
