Great help! I had some difficulties setting the unit up which turned out to be my errors. They kept on helping until the problem (mine) was solved.

This is how all devices/apps should be! This little device worked exactly as described for controlling my gates. I think I spent less than 10 minutes to install it! It also arrived by UPS in record time (1day, Hungary to France). The Remootio app to set everything up has been very carefully designed to be as intuitive as possible, I am quite amazed at how quickly I got this gate controller up and running on HomeKit.

Top of the bill!! Remootio can be installed very easy and I am using this product for 9 months now. I am very satisfied about the working, but especially the digital/personal support is great. Thanks to Domonkos for the extra help.

Remootio Customer Service for wiring diagram Remootio Customer Service for after sales support was superb and fast. I had an issue with wiring to the motor control board and Remootio quickly identified where to connect the respective wires. Many weeks passed and I lost the original email with the wiring diagram, a short email and 30mins later Remootio team replied with the wiring diagram. My best experience with any company for online service.

Great product, but after sales service is hit and miss Great product, but after sales service is hit and miss. My device failed after about 10 months of use. Initally they were responsive, saying that it would be replaced. I have been told it will be sent 'tomorrow' a few times and struggled to get replies from customer service. The replcement was finally sent about a month later - to the wrong address. Despite giving them my address, they sent it to an old one. If they could get their customer service right, this would be a fantastic product, but as it stands its simply frustrating.
