We love our account representative Teresa who does her absolute best to provide up to date and correct information and she is always available to assist with a smile. However, beware that deadlines are merely guidelines and are often missed with no warning. They have struggled since the pandemic to keep schedules and at times have seen quality lapses – they are under new management in 2022 and we are excited to see how they will continue to improve
