I had A few conversations with Dario I had A few conversations with Dario. I told him what I wanted to do and he did the rest. He picked out the package that I needed and it was perfect. I also had a problem with a set of hit lights for over the cabinet lighting and he talked me through on how to fix the issue. He was 100% professional ,extremely knowledgeable and very friendly on the phone. Because of this experience I will be a hit light customer forever.

3-Day Delivery Is Actually 3-Week Delivery Placed an order for five low voltage dimmer switches (cost >$600), expecting 3-day delivery (according to Shop.com). Seven days later nothing had arrived, so I called and was told I might not receive anything until a date that is two more weeks away. So it's actually more like 3-week delivery. I am currently waiting but wondering whether to try to cancel and find another solution.

Quality Have used highlights products numerous times and they always perform well. Very well made and UL listed, unlike other cheaper brands. Will definitely be using them again.

Excellent customer service I had ordered a LED lighting kit through Amazon and twice they sent me the wrong product. I contacted the seller (Hitlights) and within 30 minutes they responded to my complaint and sent me exactly want I had originally wanted. Hitlights customer service is top notch! Also after installing the product, I am completely satisfied.
