I also had a problem with a set of hit lights for over the cabinet lighting and he talked me through on how to fix the issue. He was 100% professional ,extremely knowledgeable and very friendly on the phone. Because of this experience I will be a hit light customer forever.

Sales rep was very helpful….. Sales rep was very helpful suggesting all parts needed for my application. Multi color strip lights in two separate shelving units 12 feet apart, controlled by a single hand held remote. Customer is thrilled. That’s what a great supplier does: makes YOU look good!!

3-Day Delivery Is Actually 3-Week Delivery Placed an order for five low voltage dimmer switches (cost >$600), expecting 3-day delivery (according to Shop.com). Seven days later nothing had arrived, so I called and was told I might not receive anything until a date that is two more weeks away. So it's actually more like 3-week delivery. I am currently waiting but wondering whether to try to cancel and find another solution.

Tried other LEDs but they were horrible! Tried other LEDs but they were horrible. Found Hitlights by looking for favorable reviews. They are more expensive BUT you get what you pay for. Great customer service as well. Will purchase from them again when my cheaper, not great looking LEDs fail.
