Excellent Product & Excellent Customer Service I have purchased True Lumens solar lights for about 3 years now and I recently for the 1st time had an issue with one of them and even though it was just slightly out of warranty the company stood behind their product and shipped out a replacement. Even without the replacement I would of been happy to purchase another because these lights are amazing and their prices are incredible. Quality product and superior customer service is what makes this company stand apart from any competitor. If you want a quality and great product then True Lumens is it. I will definitely be purchasing more and telling my friends. Thank you again!

True Lumens I was doing some research for quality solar lights for our backyard project. I kept coming back to True Lumens because no other solar lights came close to the quality and luminosity of this brand. At first, I thought the lights were too good to be true, but I ordered them anyway. My husband and I were thrilled with the results! The instructions said to fully charge the lights for 3 days. We had to check them out after 1 day and we couldn't believe the light they gave off before they were fully charged. I can't leave this glowing review without mentioning the outstanding customer service. We had a small issue with 1 light and they immediately followed up with an email letting us know a replacement was on the way! We will be True Lumen customers for life and we are telling all of our neighbors about this company!

The best outstanding customer support The best outstanding customer support I have received! I had a unit which became defective. I then emailed True Lumens to let them know about the problem, and in a short time after a couple of emails, I received a brand new replacement unit. You just cannot get better customer support than that! I will continue to purchase items from them!

I bought 3 lights for my backyard which… I bought 3 lights for my backyard which completely solved my problem. I have a new puppy who needs to go out a lot and the lights are the perfect answer since we have only one small light on the back of the house and it doesn't cover much. My True Lumens lights are attached to the attached garage and give the perfect amount of light. I had a temporary problem with one light and received a very timely response which solved my problem - all is good!

Great products and cutomer service! I bought four solar-powered fixtures for dusk-to-dawn use as step lights. Delivery was timely as was tech support’s response to my questions. It has been cloudy ever since I received the fixtures so the initial charge took a couple of days longer than was to be expected in direct sunlight, but installation was easy, and controls and operation were clear. It was exciting to see the lights come on automatically as soon as it got dark - and they stayed until dawn’s early light! I will definitely come back to True Lumens and recommend their products to friends.
