I worried a little bit when my first order seemed to be taking some time for delivery but I realized that most everything in the past year was taking longer. When I received my order I followed the directions, set the lights in the sun for three days and placed them where I wanted them. I did have one problem, some of them did not work properly. I contacted True Lumens and they immediately sent me replacements. This company does what they say they will do. The flickering solar lights are beautiful, they stay on all night. I really enjoy them as do my neighbors. Thank you True Lumens for making my home more beautiful.

True Lumens is the best! True Lumens sent our lights on schedule, they arrived earlier than promised and were made of high quality materials. Also, they even processed a partial return quickly after we realized that we ordered too many.

Bought 20 lights based on review and… Bought 20 lights based on review and was very disappointed. While it looks good when they are on, the ability for the battery to receive adequate charge is nowhere close to be as advertised. I have mixture of old and new solar lights on my yard, this type of lights are always the first one to go out at night. Even after a sunny day in Texas , lights will be out before 1am. It's below par to the run of the mill solar from Amazon that only cost a fraction of this... Also, I put a generous 2 star review on their website and they never show it. Now I know why all reviews are 5 stars.

High quality, great customer service Quality of the products I ordered are excellent. When I wasn't sure how they installed (I thought I had too few parts), they immediately responded with photos showing how the lights assemble. It was very easy. I have one with a slight mechanical flaw and they are sending me new parts to remediate. All good!
