I was very impressed the company and… I was very impressed the company’s selection and communication. One hat was fabulous and one was way to large. Manuel (owner) encouraged us to return the large hat immediately. However the cost of returning the hat was close to the cost of the hat. This it’s still here. One thing they could do better is to have free shipping returns.

Great work! The team was great and obviously strongly believes in underpromise, over deliver! The hats arrived earlier than promised. The quality is outstanding. I am very happy and will be ordering again and again! I am even talking to them about a custom design for future hat. Thanks Manuel for being there every step of the way.

Disappointed & No Integrity I just have to say I am super disappointed in the customer service and failure to deliver on the owners word. I reached out way in advance for a custom order that I was told they could do. Then I follow the owners direction on when to place the order and a week before I need the order, owner tells me sorry can’t take custom orders we are too busy. I was excited to help a small business and was treated like I didn’t matter and with no integrity. I was even willing to and agreed to a $250 fee for a custom order. I guess I learned a valuable lesson. Trust and respect don’t matter these days with Foam Party Hats company.

Oversized foam fireman hat I purchased the oversized foam fireman’s hat for my husbands retirement party from the city fire department and was so impressed with every aspect of this company! From start to finish the customer service was outstanding and the product was perfect! I would highly recommend Foam Party Hats!

Still waiting on a response Still waiting on a response from my email. Ordered a hat for my daughters 21st birthday on 3/5 and stated that it was to be delivered by 3/28. It did not arrive until 4/1 Completely missed my daughters 21st birthday!! Why ask when it is needed if you don’t fulfill the order in time. No response as of day 4/5/23.
