GBSHOULDN'T TAKE ORDERS IF THEY CANT FILL THEM. They need some real leadership. I ordered a hat and was given a date when they promised it would be done. It still hasn't showed up. Why would they make these promises when they know they cannot fill them. Recommendations are they get some real leadership in this company and not that phony TV big talk exaggerating their abilities to run a business. Terrible Communication.

GBPerfect Hat for someone becoming a citizen Hat looked exactly like the picture on the website. It also arrived on the date promised!!! The hat was fun looking but not gaudy - perfect for the celebration for someone becoming an USA citizen.

GBLiars!! Liars!!! They promised customer service .. foam hats does not honor what they promise.. Their phone number is not even in service.. they promised I could get my money back if not happy. They lied!..It has been almost 3 weeks.. no communication from company call better business scam company

GBStill waiting on a response Still waiting on a response from my email. Ordered a hat for my daughters 21st birthday on 3/5 and stated that it was to be delivered by 3/28. It did not arrive until 4/1 Completely missed my daughters 21st birthday!! Why ask when it is needed if you don’t fulfill the order in time. No response as of day 4/5/23.

GBI ordered my Foam Party hat after… I ordered my Foam Party hat after seeing their pitch on Shark Tank in November, The website stated that there was a delay in shipping their products due to the response of appearing on Shark Tank. I took a chance and ordered. My Credit card was not charged until my order came up in the production queue and I was informed by email by Daniel, who I believe is the owner with his mother. I left a voicemail in mid January to change the delivery address. I received an email response the very next day from Daniel. My order was a gift and I received an email letting me know my package was on its way, with tracking, to Florida. Best customer service I have had in a very long time
