Never delivered but made good on it Saw the episode on shark Tank when I came to the states ordered a hat. Didnt arrive before my departure and for unknown reasons they werent allowed back in their workplace til the day i was leaving. Offered to mail the hat overseas to me. I guess due to this pandemic i needed to allow for these types of things to happen. Manuel was very nice in his emails to me and they even refused to charge me the postage abroad.

Disappointed & No Integrity I just have to say I am super disappointed in the customer service and failure to deliver on the owners word. I reached out way in advance for a custom order that I was told they could do. Then I follow the owners direction on when to place the order and a week before I need the order, owner tells me sorry can’t take custom orders we are too busy. I was excited to help a small business and was treated like I didn’t matter and with no integrity. I was even willing to and agreed to a $250 fee for a custom order. I guess I learned a valuable lesson. Trust and respect don’t matter these days with Foam Party Hats company.

I have been working with the amazing… I have been working with the amazing Manuel for the last 7 months and have had nothing less than 5 star service. We have been going back and forth for many months planning hats for our daughters wedding and I have been preoccupied due to being in the Cruise Line Business, which the pandemic caused havoc on...and Manuel has been nothing but patient and kind. The quality of the hats is absolutely fabulous and the creativity is the best I have ever seen. I can't wait for the wedding where we can bring them out onto the dance floor!
