Disappointed & No Integrity I just have to say I am super disappointed in the customer service and failure to deliver on the owners word. I reached out way in advance for a custom order that I was told they could do. Then I follow the owners direction on when to place the order and a week before I need the order, owner tells me sorry can’t take custom orders we are too busy. I was excited to help a small business and was treated like I didn’t matter and with no integrity. I was even willing to and agreed to a $250 fee for a custom order. I guess I learned a valuable lesson. Trust and respect don’t matter these days with Foam Party Hats company.

Awesome Foam Hats Excellent service, the hat arrived earlier than expected and packaged well. I was provided with an email regarding when the item shipped along with a tracking number. I was well informed throughout. Awesome! Thanks. The hat itself was great to see and the fit was just right and I wore it that same night. I would definitely recommend others to buy one they have many hats to choose from. Good quality too.

SHOULDN'T TAKE ORDERS IF THEY CANT FILL THEM. They need some real leadership. I ordered a hat and was given a date when they promised it would be done. It still hasn't showed up. Why would they make these promises when they know they cannot fill them. Recommendations are they get some real leadership in this company and not that phony TV big talk exaggerating their abilities to run a business. Terrible Communication.

I have been working with the amazing… I have been working with the amazing Manuel for the last 7 months and have had nothing less than 5 star service. We have been going back and forth for many months planning hats for our daughters wedding and I have been preoccupied due to being in the Cruise Line Business, which the pandemic caused havoc on...and Manuel has been nothing but patient and kind. The quality of the hats is absolutely fabulous and the creativity is the best I have ever seen. I can't wait for the wedding where we can bring them out onto the dance floor! My son was the biggest hit at school! I purchased the big pompadour yellow hair foam hat to complete my son's Captain Underpants (Harold Hutchins) storybook costume for Red Ribbon Week at school. I was SO surprised to find a product like this! MUCH better than an actual itchy wig! My son is also on the Spectrum and has sensory issues.. This super soft, very lightweight and comfortable alternative was perfect! He had no issues at all. Everyone at school loved it and he had the best day! I was also very impressed with the customer service! A few strands of the foam hair were detaching and Manuel offered to repair them for me right away! The best part is that it was so endearing to see how this company is truly a family affair! Several generations are working together.. Even the family's sweet dog was there to greet me and keep me company while the fixed the hat! Love this company!
