This Samovar is well-designed and beautiful; moreover, the porcelain teapot included is the ultimate teapot! I would have liked the payment option… I would have liked the payment option but after selecting the option the site dropped it and I got the single payment instead. Didn't disturb my fiance's but the payment would have been a little easier. Shipping was okay, the package did arrive 3 days early. Haven't had a chance to use it as yet, steaks on social security are few and between, but we will and I'm sure it will work just fine. Thank you, James P Oney

Shipping delays When placing my order, the website indicated the item was in stock. After waiting for 5 days, I contacted support to inquire about the delay in shipping my order. I was told the item is packaged and will be picked up by the carrier (UPS) today. 3 business days later the tracking number just shows that a label was ccreated,and that the package is not with the Carrier. I am cancelling my order and requesting a refund.

This Saki teapot is fantastic This Saki teapot is fantastic! Water heats quickly, stays hot, and the teapot on top is great as well. It was delivered quickly, and customer service was responsive and accommodating. When I emailed about a possible issue with the spout (which may have been operator error...me), they kindly and quickly offered to replace the teapot.
