Saki website stated max temperature of… Saki website stated max temperature of 203 degrees. The users guide states 194, and when setting the device, I could only attain 194 max. I specifically ordered this model for the higher temperature stated on the website. I already have an Anova that attains 194 degrees. False advertising. Correct your website.

This Saki teapot is fantastic This Saki teapot is fantastic! Water heats quickly, stays hot, and the teapot on top is great as well. It was delivered quickly, and customer service was responsive and accommodating. When I emailed about a possible issue with the spout (which may have been operator error...me), they kindly and quickly offered to replace the teapot.

Leaking defected item I got the item. Was looking forward to use it and replacing the one that I have for 4 years made in Germany. I open the box on Saturday and once I filled it up with water I noticed that it’s leaking water. I will be contacting your customer service tomorrow to arrange for the return and full refund. My other one from Germany took four years of daily use until just now that started to leak. This is a new item and it’s leaking!!!!

I don't recommend SAKI to no one I would give Saki 1 Star just because it looks nice, otherwise it doesn't work. the first time I bought my TeaSmart Electric Turkish Tea Kettle it worked for about a month and it start to turn off before heating the water to the correct tempter. I bought another one same model three months later did the same thing and it starts to turn off by itself. I emailed customer service many times to return it...did not get any response. I don't recommend this company at all

If I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought Luna Adjustable Temperature Electric Kettle and it stopped reading temperature after just 2 weeks of regular use! Now it won't even turn on. I have a glorified water pitcher now instead of a tea kettle. It's been impossible to get a hold of customer service. I've sent several emails and left voice messages. No one is getting back to me about a replacement or a refund. Horrible product and horrible company!
