GBI recently started buying the SAKI… I recently started buying the SAKI product line for my kitchen. Starting with the samovar tea kettle. Lovely appliance for tea drinkers, I grew up drinking tea with my grandma so this is a little slice of childhood as well. The staff I spoke with about the appliances I bought were helpful and courteous. I am waiting on the bread maker to arrive so I can see how it works.

GBAs of 7-23 have not received… As of 7-23 have not received merchandise, order was delayed and then returned due to damage. UPS notified you and notice was sent via website with request for status of order, no response has been received. Will likely cancel this order.

GBThe Turkish coffee machine works but if… The Turkish coffee machine works but if you like crema on top then it's not great. Saki's communications and logistics are very bad. It took them 10 days to deliver the package that they charged me extra for a second day delivery for and I had to reach out multiple times to get untrue answers and was given tge runaround. So if you're in a hurry beware, when the machines did finally arrive I had to contact paypal to request a refund for the extra charge Saki charged for a rush delivery but delivered more than a week late. It took Saki another two weeks to issue a refund for the extra charge. The time and effort I spent on getting the machines was worth more than the value of the machines.

GBActually the system and samover is… Actually the system and samover is really good but one thing is problem for me. The boiling part is really untouchable while the water was hot. It is burning! Maybe you can use different material to keep warm or cold outside of boiling part.

GBShipping delays When placing my order, the website indicated the item was in stock. After waiting for 5 days, I contacted support to inquire about the delay in shipping my order. I was told the item is packaged and will be picked up by the carrier (UPS) today. 3 business days later the tracking number just shows that a label was ccreated,and that the package is not with the Carrier. I am cancelling my order and requesting a refund.
