GBI recently started buying the SAKI… I recently started buying the SAKI product line for my kitchen. Starting with the samovar tea kettle. Lovely appliance for tea drinkers, I grew up drinking tea with my grandma so this is a little slice of childhood as well. The staff I spoke with about the appliances I bought were helpful and courteous. I am waiting on the bread maker to arrive so I can see how it works.

GBSnafus overcome by customer service After a couple of snafus, all of which were promptly handled, our new bread machine arrived in excellent condition. Just in time to crank out a perfect loaf oh honey oat bread. Looking forward to taking advantage of the custom program features in producing artisan loaves.

GBThis Saki teapot is fantastic This Saki teapot is fantastic! Water heats quickly, stays hot, and the teapot on top is great as well. It was delivered quickly, and customer service was responsive and accommodating. When I emailed about a possible issue with the spout (which may have been operator error...me), they kindly and quickly offered to replace the teapot.

GBSturdy coffee maker I purchased a Turkish coffee maker from SAKI. I was not expecting much from this item as I did not have good experience with other brands while I was living in Turkey. This item worked really well and found the great authentic taste of Turkish coffee. Very good performance for a reasonable price.

GBOur bread machine arrived and of course… Our bread machine arrived and of course we had to try it out. Made the buttermilk whole wheat bread and it turned out pretty good considering we didn't have the pan seated correctly in the machine. That's my only complaint as it's not specific as to how to insert the pan. It did knead some of the ingredients but worked itself loose after awhile. We're going to try again this weekend and see if we can't figure it out or call Saki and have them direct us. Great machine as once you put everything in, you leave it alone!
