This Saki teapot is fantastic This Saki teapot is fantastic! Water heats quickly, stays hot, and the teapot on top is great as well. It was delivered quickly, and customer service was responsive and accommodating. When I emailed about a possible issue with the spout (which may have been operator error...me), they kindly and quickly offered to replace the teapot.

Our bread machine arrived and of course… Our bread machine arrived and of course we had to try it out. Made the buttermilk whole wheat bread and it turned out pretty good considering we didn't have the pan seated correctly in the machine. That's my only complaint as it's not specific as to how to insert the pan. It did knead some of the ingredients but worked itself loose after awhile. We're going to try again this weekend and see if we can't figure it out or call Saki and have them direct us. Great machine as once you put everything in, you leave it alone!

Leaking defected item I got the item. Was looking forward to use it and replacing the one that I have for 4 years made in Germany. I open the box on Saturday and once I filled it up with water I noticed that it’s leaking water. I will be contacting your customer service tomorrow to arrange for the return and full refund. My other one from Germany took four years of daily use until just now that started to leak. This is a new item and it’s leaking!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought Luna Adjustable Temperature Electric Kettle and it stopped reading temperature after just 2 weeks of regular use! Now it won't even turn on. I have a glorified water pitcher now instead of a tea kettle. It's been impossible to get a hold of customer service. I've sent several emails and left voice messages. No one is getting back to me about a replacement or a refund. Horrible product and horrible company!

Snafus overcome by customer service After a couple of snafus, all of which were promptly handled, our new bread machine arrived in excellent condition. Just in time to crank out a perfect loaf oh honey oat bread. Looking forward to taking advantage of the custom program features in producing artisan loaves.
