Saki website stated max temperature of… Saki website stated max temperature of 203 degrees. The users guide states 194, and when setting the device, I could only attain 194 max. I specifically ordered this model for the higher temperature stated on the website. I already have an Anova that attains 194 degrees. False advertising. Correct your website.

The Turkish coffee machine works but if… The Turkish coffee machine works but if you like crema on top then it's not great. Saki's communications and logistics are very bad. It took them 10 days to deliver the package that they charged me extra for a second day delivery for and I had to reach out multiple times to get untrue answers and was given tge runaround. So if you're in a hurry beware, when the machines did finally arrive I had to contact paypal to request a refund for the extra charge Saki charged for a rush delivery but delivered more than a week late. It took Saki another two weeks to issue a refund for the extra charge. The time and effort I spent on getting the machines was worth more than the value of the machines.

I'm so happy to have a Saki Electric… I'm so happy to have a Saki Electric Samovar now! It is perfect for making my Tea! Having a Persian background, high-quality tea brewed in the right way is very important in my life. Saki electric samovar helps me brew awesome tea and will keep it warm for me for many hours. This Samovar is well-designed and beautiful; moreover, the porcelain teapot included is the ultimate teapot! This teapot is big enough for many servings; it is well designed with a cap and tea filter. I would recommend the Saki Electric Samovar to anyone who would enjoy quality tea time and a soulful well-brewed cup of tea!

Our bread machine arrived and of course… Our bread machine arrived and of course we had to try it out. Made the buttermilk whole wheat bread and it turned out pretty good considering we didn't have the pan seated correctly in the machine. That's my only complaint as it's not specific as to how to insert the pan. It did knead some of the ingredients but worked itself loose after awhile. We're going to try again this weekend and see if we can't figure it out or call Saki and have them direct us. Great machine as once you put everything in, you leave it alone!

I would have liked the payment option… I would have liked the payment option but after selecting the option the site dropped it and I got the single payment instead. Didn't disturb my fiance's but the payment would have been a little easier. Shipping was okay, the package did arrive 3 days early. Haven't had a chance to use it as yet, steaks on social security are few and between, but we will and I'm sure it will work just fine. Thank you, James P Oney
