We are a construction company and we… We are a construction company and we are trying to reach out to CS to get Acrovyn products. I left 3 voicemails and they never get back to me. I try to call them every day and I am on hold and it goes to voicemails which they never look at. We ordered material for a hospital and it is being delayed by 22 days. At this time, we're just recommending alternate manufacturers. They used to be good but I am not sure whats changed.

I have always had excellent service… I have always had excellent service from Construction Specialties. I have placed orders with them many times. Every time I call my sales rep for a quote, I can be assured it will be sent back to me quickly. When I place my orders they do a great job keeping you informed of when the delivery will come and deliveries always come in a reasonable time. My sales rep is always pleasant and never pushy. She will even call and check in after the orders arrive to make sure we are happy with everything.

Great Service Construction Specialties has always had the product I needed, I never had a problem with my ordering process and Tim is a big help and he is very helpful with anything I have ever needed to improve the appearance of our campus. Thank you Chris

Product was as I expected, ordering was very difficult. Product was as I expected. Ordering on line was not user friendly. No where ordering on line was I informed the adhesive is included with the sheets. Editing the number of pieces of trim with the was VERY difficult. I wonder if anyone that designed the on line ordering system actually used it without knowing all the tricks. Even when I was finished on line I had to speak with someone to confirm the order, so what's the point of ordering on line.
