I have always had excellent service… I have always had excellent service from Construction Specialties. I have placed orders with them many times. Every time I call my sales rep for a quote, I can be assured it will be sent back to me quickly. When I place my orders they do a great job keeping you informed of when the delivery will come and deliveries always come in a reasonable time. My sales rep is always pleasant and never pushy. She will even call and check in after the orders arrive to make sure we are happy with everything.

Product was as I expected, ordering was very difficult. Product was as I expected. Ordering on line was not user friendly. No where ordering on line was I informed the adhesive is included with the sheets. Editing the number of pieces of trim with the was VERY difficult. I wonder if anyone that designed the on line ordering system actually used it without knowing all the tricks. Even when I was finished on line I had to speak with someone to confirm the order, so what's the point of ordering on line.

We installed Acrovyn Rub Strips in a… We installed Acrovyn Rub Strips in a pediatric office we constructed. The product didn't stick to the wall. We have recently sent guys back for the fourth time to reinstall it. We have basically reinstalled the entire building. We reached out to Acrovyn about it and they did nothing. They sent us a gallon of the glue that didn't work in the first place. We've had to scrape the product clean and use a different adhesive We now use INPRO products. You can buy them without a sales rep and they work much better and cost less. We've not had any call backs from customers.

Your products. Your products are great, very easy to work with. I find it took a little learning on how to apply the product , but overall it is great,
