USI have always had excellent service… I have always had excellent service from Construction Specialties. I have placed orders with them many times. Every time I call my sales rep for a quote, I can be assured it will be sent back to me quickly. When I place my orders they do a great job keeping you informed of when the delivery will come and deliveries always come in a reasonable time. My sales rep is always pleasant and never pushy. She will even call and check in after the orders arrive to make sure we are happy with everything.

USMy dealings with CS has been awesome... My dealings with CS has been awesome and Chris Loomis is the best. We are new in the health care industry and he has been very helpful there.

USDissatisfied with 0.040 wall panel system The 0.040 wall panel system recommended for our application are denting from day to day use. I asked about the 0.060 wall panels and was assured the 0.040 product was very durable for the application, and after spending thousands on room renovations we are finding the product is not meeting our needs or expectations.

USthe crew at Copeland Arch are in… the crew at Copeland Arch are in constant contact with CS on a constant basis and I know they provide us with outstanding customer service so that must mean they are getting timely and accurate info from CS, and I know working hard at it. I do have an issue with CS no longer bidding projects where CS is not listed as an approved manufacturer. We do not use any other wall protection/ cubical track material vendor, CS is it. TBS has "flipped" many specs and subsequently won those projects over the past 8+ years and we have many GCs that prefer to work with us on projects that we now can not longer bid on. Regardless of the business decision that led to this mandate I believe is was short sighted and a "one size fits all" approach to lessening the work load on your estimating dept, going after the "low hanging" fruit...From our perspective you are losing out on as lot a business we know we can generate and it hurts Copeland's bottom line as well

USLead times are extensive Lead times are extensive. I usually have to constantly ask for updates about orders. The link for the portal various times is not correct.
