Love My EBL Products I love my EBL rechargeable batteries, spacers and chargers that I use to keep all my electronics powered up and ready to go. They last a long time and are eco-friendly. I have the AA, AAA, C, D, 9V, Ni-MH, 18650 Li-ion and the 3.7v 2800mAh Lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. I also have the size C and D spacers by EBL which are very easy to use by placing one AA battery into the spacer to convert it into a C or D size battery. I have multiple battery chargers which I use to charge my different types of batteries to keep all my electronics going. I use rechargeable batteries for toys, handheld kitchen gadgets, wall clocks, cassette players, alarm clocks, radios, flashlights, headlamps, lanterns, scopes, tv remotes, handheld thermometers, grooming gadgets, gaming controllers and more. Great to have for everyday use and emergencies like hurricanes, storms and power outages, which we have quite a lot of living in the South. I have battery storage boxes for my batteries to keep them stored and protected to expand their life when not in use. The rechargeable batteries may be charged up to 1200 times each and they have a n excellent charge and slow discharge performance. Being a family of 7, we go through a lot of batteries and using these EBL rechargeable batteries and battery chargers has saved me a lot of money over the last couple of years.

Appalling customer service Despite what they say on their website about aspiring to provided good customer service, EBL have given me what is probably the worst customer service, and worst piece of equipment, that I have experienced for years. I purchased one of their 40 unit AA battery chargers - C880 - and less than a month later 20 of the charging slots stopped working and now all 40 have stopped. I twice emailed the customer service address given in the instruction leaflet - March 25 was the first email - and asked for a speedy resolution but the company did not respond to either email. I then emailed a different address on their website and received an acknowledgement but have still not had any resolution. I feel very let down by EBL as I need to use 40+ AA batteries in my photo set ups on a daily basis. This is very disappointing as their batteries are great. They don't seem to be a company that can be trusted to deliver what they promise on their website. If possible I would not have awarded them any stars at all. Gordon Wilcock I'd just like to add that I have now discussed the situation with Amazon who share my feelings and have arranged to refund me the price I paid for the battery charger.
