I have multiple ebl batteries… I have multiple ebl batteries rechargeable and disposable. These batteries i love because their good quality and they last longer than other brands. I would recommend the rechargeable because it saves money instead of throwing batteries away you can keep reusing them and does take long to charge. I love the pretty colors ebl has for the rechargable batteries. These batteries are easy to find. They charge fast in the rechargable station for the batteries.these batteries make no pollution in the envoronment. After 1 thru 10 uses these batteries literally pays for themselves.2500mAh+ low self-discharge technology, it can maintain 75% of the initial power when it is not used for three years. Compared with similar batteries, it has a longer service life in high-power equipment.

Appalling customer service Despite what they say on their website about aspiring to provided good customer service, EBL have given me what is probably the worst customer service, and worst piece of equipment, that I have experienced for years. I purchased one of their 40 unit AA battery chargers - C880 - and less than a month later 20 of the charging slots stopped working and now all 40 have stopped. I twice emailed the customer service address given in the instruction leaflet - March 25 was the first email - and asked for a speedy resolution but the company did not respond to either email. I then emailed a different address on their website and received an acknowledgement but have still not had any resolution. I feel very let down by EBL as I need to use 40+ AA batteries in my photo set ups on a daily basis. This is very disappointing as their batteries are great. They don't seem to be a company that can be trusted to deliver what they promise on their website. If possible I would not have awarded them any stars at all. I love EBL rechargeable batteries. I never have to worry about being without batteries for my remote control or my granddaughter’s toys. They all charge quickly and hold a great charge for a long time. I love that they have battery chargers that fit more then one type of battery. EBL also has great customer service and fast shipping. They can take care of all your battery and charger needs. Most importantly for me is EBL batteries are eco-friendly.

Highly recommend we are a large family of 6 and we all have uses for these rechargeable batteries. I have purchased multiple sizes for the multitude of toys we have. I have a seventeen year old who must have batteries at all times for his game controllers . And I have a very spoiled seven year old with a lot of toys that require many different sized batteries. I have even purchased some for my in-laws who love them . I also have to mention the customer service here is the easiest and most pleasant I have had the pleasure of speaking with. I highly recommend this company and their products and I am now a lifetime advocate and customer.
