Not sure this company is trustworthy. Their products may be ok but customer service is lacking. I also left a review for a product that wasn’t 5 stars and they never posted it. I wouldn’t trust the reviews on their site because of this.

EBL Batteries are the Best EBL has the best selection of rechargeable batteries and chargers. You can’t beat their affordable prices. I have several different types of batteries. I love EBL rechargeable batteries. I never have to worry about being without batteries for my remote control or my granddaughter’s toys. They all charge quickly and hold a great charge for a long time. I love that they have battery chargers that fit more then one type of battery. EBL also has great customer service and fast shipping. They can take care of all your battery and charger needs. Most importantly for me is EBL batteries are eco-friendly.

Appalling customer service Despite what they say on their website about aspiring to provided good customer service, EBL have given me what is probably the worst customer service, and worst piece of equipment, that I have experienced for years. I purchased one of their 40 unit AA battery chargers - C880 - and less than a month later 20 of the charging slots stopped working and now all 40 have stopped. I twice emailed the customer service address given in the instruction leaflet - March 25 was the first email - and asked for a speedy resolution but the company did not respond to either email. I then emailed a different address on their website and received an acknowledgement but have still not had any resolution. I feel very let down by EBL as I need to use 40+ AA batteries in my photo set ups on a daily basis. This is very disappointing as their batteries are great. They don't seem to be a company that can be trusted to deliver what they promise on their website. If possible I would not have awarded them any stars at all. Gordon Wilcock I'd just like to add that I have now discussed the situation with Amazon who share my feelings and have arranged to refund me the price I paid for the battery charger.
