Highly recommend we are a large family of 6 and we all have uses for these rechargeable batteries. I have purchased multiple sizes for the multitude of toys we have. I have a seventeen year old who must have batteries at all times for his game controllers . And I have a very spoiled seven year old with a lot of toys that require many different sized batteries. I have even purchased some for my in-laws who love them . I also have to mention the customer service here is the easiest and most pleasant I have had the pleasure of speaking with. I highly recommend this company and their products and I am now a lifetime advocate and customer.

Appalling customer service Despite what they say on their website about aspiring to provided good customer service, EBL have given me what is probably the worst customer service, and worst piece of equipment, that I have experienced for years. I purchased one of their 40 unit AA battery chargers - C880 - and less than a month later 20 of the charging slots stopped working and now all 40 have stopped. I twice emailed the customer service address given in the instruction leaflet - March 25 was the first email - and asked for a speedy resolution but the company did not respond to either email. I then emailed a different address on their website and received an acknowledgement but have still not had any resolution. I feel very let down by EBL as I need to use 40+ AA batteries in my photo set ups on a daily basis. This is very disappointing as their batteries are great. They don't seem to be a company that can be trusted to deliver what they promise on their website. If possible I would not have awarded them any stars at all. Gordon Wilcock I'd just like to add that I have now discussed the situation with Amazon who share my feelings and have arranged to refund me the price I paid for the battery charger.

I have a few of them I have a few of them. The chargers and batteries are life savers and I truly appreciate how fast they charge and haven't had any problems whatsoever yet. EBL has a top notch customer service.

Great Products Well I have got quite alot of there Different products and I have to say I love them.Great Quality and very reasonably priced.None of my products have ever let me Down customer Service is fab and Delivery is Quick. I own Ebl batteries as well as a… I own Ebl batteries as well as a charger! I love Ebl batteries because they are rechargeable and disposable.They also come in different colors like bright Pink, blue, green and more! which makes them easy to find!😊 These batteries are very good quality and they last longer than any other brands I have used so far. I would recommend the rechargeable because it saves you money instead of throwing batteries away you can keep reusing them and they are great for the Environment as well. They are also charging pretty quick as well, when used with the EBL charger. In Overall i am very satisfied & Happy to own EBL batteries!😁🥰💖
