Not sure this company is trustworthy. Their products may be ok but customer service is lacking. I also left a review for a product that wasn’t 5 stars and they never posted it. I wouldn’t trust the reviews on their site because of this.

Products They have great products to try I have the rechargable batteries they charge up real fast I have had them for a while I would recommend them love it also the batteries I got work great had them recharged and it recharged them fast I have had the rechargeable battery component for over two years works excellent also got batteries for my watch and my TV remotes and also for my wireless mouse also I have a battery storage box love it it keeps my batteries from going bad.i love their products would recommend their batteries to anyone and charger

I love my rechargeable batteries I love my rechargeable batteries! I use them in my kids toys the most,but in remotes and my other things that require batteries! I got AA and AAA and they are easy to put in the charge and dont take long to charge at all and also the battery life is great too. I'm really happy with my batteries!

Appalling customer service Despite what they say on their website about aspiring to provided good customer service, EBL have given me what is probably the worst customer service, and worst piece of equipment, that I have experienced for years. I purchased one of their 40 unit AA battery chargers - C880 - and less than a month later 20 of the charging slots stopped working and now all 40 have stopped. I twice emailed the customer service address given in the instruction leaflet - March 25 was the first email - and asked for a speedy resolution but the company did not respond to either email. I then emailed a different address on their website and received an acknowledgement but have still not had any resolution. I feel very let down by EBL as I need to use 40+ AA batteries in my photo set ups on a daily basis. This is very disappointing as their batteries are great. They don't seem to be a company that can be trusted to deliver what they promise on their website. If possible I would not have awarded them any stars at all. Gordon Wilcock I'd just like to add that I have now discussed the situation with Amazon who share my feelings and have arranged to refund me the price I paid for the battery charger.

I have a few of them I have a few of them. The chargers and batteries are life savers and I truly appreciate how fast they charge and haven't had any problems whatsoever yet. EBL has a top notch customer service.
