Ordered it 3 times the only order that… Ordered it 3 times the only order that showed up was the first one. No delivery two times, waste of time and angst. Customer service replied 2 days later and offered a refund and assured that the future order would be delivered no delivery again. Who runs a business like this absolute rubbish. Order at your own peril.

Good food, packaging needs to improve The food is good quality and tasty, however I can't deal with the amount of single-use plastic they send twice a week. I've considered cancelling because our recycling is always overflowing with Thistle plastic. Also, we have never had a driver successfully pick up our old cooler bag. Overall, packaging needs to improve to include resuable options that actually get picked up and less plastic.

Thistle has literally saved my life This all has literally saved my life - literally. My husband and I both work intense jobs and we had a baby six months ago and since then our health is gone out the window with no time to cook. We wind up ordering GrubHub every night and I’ve gained weight and feel so unhealthy. it’s hard to find healthy takeout. I’m also vegetarian and he eats meat makes cooking even harder because I need to prepare two separate meals. Enter thistle and our life has changed. Now I could have dinner for both of us ready in less than 10 minutes. The meals are healthy, very veggie forward and super delicious. I often take a scoop out of mine to feed the six months old since the ingredients are so wholesome. Thanks again!

consistently missing meals The meals that I receive are tasty and easy to prepare but I’m not receiving the meals that I order! The problem is that for FIVE weeks straight I have ordered 4 meals for the week and only ONE came packaged in the bag. Each week that passed with an error was corrected with a credit to my account for the missing meals; however, the errors kept happening and I would not have any food for the week. I understand that this type of mistake may happen but not FIVE CONSECUTIVE WEEKS! I will sadly need to find a new food delivery service since they can’t seem to fix the problem and I can’t eat credits to my account. Is this happening to anyone else?

Great Food, Bad Packing/Delivery New customer starting February 2024. I reside in the NYC/CT metro area. I ordered lunches, snacks, and dinners for M-Thursday. I was impressed with the quality and taste of offerings. In the six weeks that I was a member before cancelling, I only received two deliveries that were correct. The others had item(s) missing, some total no shows. The customer service was good at responding back with apologies and refunds on missing items and some delivery charges. They would deliver to my area on Sundays in the 6p-10p range and most would arrive on the later end. The convenience they offer became an annoyance on Sundays to take the time to itemize everything and relay back to customer service with their errors, I’ve just cancelled my service. It’s a shame because I loved the food but the company has a long way to go before they can offer an overall excellent service and customer experience. My advice, spend more money and time on hiring competent packing, shipping and delivery/logistics staff. Have bags checked, double and triple checked before leaving kitchen facility.
