GBLove this food so much Love, love, love this food. It’s super expensive, but we stretch it out. I love that we have virtually no wasted food at the end of the week like we’d normally have with traditional grocery shopping. I have had issues with delivery, like items being in their sides so the dressings pop open, but customer service credited me immediately for the damaged items and flagged the account for extra care.

GBGreat Food, Bad Packing/Delivery New customer starting February 2024. I reside in the NYC/CT metro area. I ordered lunches, snacks, and dinners for M-Thursday. I was impressed with the quality and taste of offerings. In the six weeks that I was a member before cancelling, I only received two deliveries that were correct. The others had item(s) missing, some total no shows. The customer service was good at responding back with apologies and refunds on missing items and some delivery charges. They would deliver to my area on Sundays in the 6p-10p range and most would arrive on the later end. The convenience they offer became an annoyance on Sundays to take the time to itemize everything and relay back to customer service with their errors, I’ve just cancelled my service. It’s a shame because I loved the food but the company has a long way to go before they can offer an overall excellent service and customer experience. My advice, spend more money and time on hiring competent packing, shipping and delivery/logistics staff. Have bags checked, double and triple checked before leaving kitchen facility.

GBUnfortunately ill have to stop service… Unfortunately ill have to stop service with them. Food that comes is excellent but from day 1 I have had nothing but deliveries not showing up, meals missing, meals being wrong, delivery drivers refusing to take the coolers & plastic containers for their recycle program etc. Always met with a credit to my account for the next week. I am on week 5 and every week there is 1 or all of the issues above. It's just not reliable, it was supposed to help eleviate stress for meal planning with my schedule & since it's constantly a bargain if it will show up when it's supposed to, well Its caused more anxiety. For the price point its not worth it. Sadly I enjoy the food & it was helping me become & feel healthier but cannot support a company who cant get their quality assistance & drivers in order. again this has been every week since day 1. Thats not mistakes thats legit employees or third parties negating their jobs. Tonight was the last straw nothing showed up & no texts telling me of delays etc.

GBAbsolutely love and adore the food and… Absolutely love and adore the food and this companies professionalism. This is saved my life as I am so so busy don’t have time for shopping cooking chopping all those nutritious delicious foods that are delivered to my doorstep fresh twice a week. Thank you so for your mission to help people eat healthy in this busy day and age that we live in.

GBConvenient and Usually Delicious We do four to six Thistle meals a week, and it's convenient and healthy. Meals are a bit pricey, but most taste great and provide a nice change from our usual bland meals. One suggestion is to email on Wednesday about making any delivery changes. Sometimes I forget and I get too many meals delivered Monday morning. Other than those minor annoyances, it's been great.
