GBAwesome Customer Service Nataly was super helpful with every question I had. I needed to change my pharmacy as my preferred pharmacy had my glp-1 prescription on back stock and wouldn’t have it for several more months, Nataly helped with that! Nataly also helped every step of the way working with my insurance and even offered to call local pharmacies if I needed (to ensure I would be able to fill my prescription). Always super quick to respond.

GBMy experience was great My experience was great! I was instantly approved, my meds were sent to the pharmacy immediately. The only issue was the medicine has a nationwide shortage so I was unable to fill my prescription. Everyone who I spoke with was helpful at cancelling and even offered to call around to other pharmacies and offered other solutions as well. I decided to go to a local doctor and work on getting medication through my insurance with a PCP.

GBThe customer service is outstanding.I… The customer service is outstanding.I was confused and they were kind and took the time to explain even the simple things. There was never any snarkiness or impatience. I am one that has to heawr things or read things a couple of different ways to pound it into my head sometimes ( or get confused from reading things from various sources). I love them! (and I am a nurse and get frustrated somewhat easily if there is any nonsense!!)
