Awesome Customer Service Nataly was super helpful with every question I had. I needed to change my pharmacy as my preferred pharmacy had my glp-1 prescription on back stock and wouldn’t have it for several more months, Nataly helped with that! Nataly also helped every step of the way working with my insurance and even offered to call local pharmacies if I needed (to ensure I would be able to fill my prescription). Always super quick to respond.

The doctor they assigned me too Trissy Chun ...I received my order but I never received the Zofran for nausea like I was promised I also can't get through to anyone they don't answer your messages....also they know nothing about this medication they told me inject 25 units!!! Thats wayyy to much for the first time your only supposed to start at like 10 units not to mention had I injected that 25 units i probably could've overdosed and got sick and I wouldn't have enough semaglutide to inject for the next 3 weeks they only send you exactly enough! Either way thinking of getting a lawyer involved there is no way they have real doctors working for them!

Great communication I have messaged the support team several times. with questions and clarification on cost of Rx and shipping. I got a complete explanation on dosing and self injections, as well as a recorded message from Dr. Shin. I like that it is recorded so that I can go back and listen again in case I forgot anything. They answer quickly and thoroughly. After starting the treatment I have messaged the medical team a couple of times about side effects.
