Give them a chance! I will admit, I was pretty skeptical of this virtual, online heath care. And receiving medications from some unknown place. I even tried to cancel my membership immediately after I joined. After fast responses to my emails and concerns, I canceled my cancellation! All my questions were answered and the helpline staff have been great and have made me feel very comfortable. If it were not for these guys, I would have never stayed. I am one month in on this journey and everything has been great. Thank You!

My experience was great My experience was great! I was instantly approved, my meds were sent to the pharmacy immediately. The only issue was the medicine has a nationwide shortage so I was unable to fill my prescription. Everyone who I spoke with was helpful at cancelling and even offered to call around to other pharmacies and offered other solutions as well. I decided to go to a local doctor and work on getting medication through my insurance with a PCP.

There was never any snarkiness or impatience. I am one that has to heawr things or read things a couple of different ways to pound it into my head sometimes ( or get confused from reading things from various sources). I love them! (and I am a nurse and get frustrated somewhat easily if there is any nonsense!!)

Great communication I have messaged the support team several times. with questions and clarification on cost of Rx and shipping. I got a complete explanation on dosing and self injections, as well as a recorded message from Dr. Shin. I like that it is recorded so that I can go back and listen again in case I forgot anything. They answer quickly and thoroughly. After starting the treatment I have messaged the medical team a couple of times about side effects.
