Have had the scooter for just over a… Batteries showing some signs of wear but still function. It's very cute and draws a lot of attention. Do your research and buy what you like. I chose Zoom because they are an American company, American labor. And comes from Calif. Have Fun !

Worth the wait It took almost 8 weeks for my two scooters to arrive but it was well worth the wait. They traveled from one end of the country to the other. In my opinion, Zoom scooters are small electric motorcycles, not at all like electric bicycles. They perform as advertised, plenty fast and very safe. We live in a town well suited for this additional mode of transportation. They are not a replacement for a car which we have not used in 3 days. We are in our 60's and having more fun than ever. Saving on gas, yes and I bet they will be extremely reliable and economical to drive.

great scooter, poor cust service I first purcased a zoom scooter at the end of last summer. It took about 6 weeks to arrive, then my husband tried to purchase a box for it, after several months it still hadn't arrived, after multiple attempts to contact them, they finally responded via email, said it was never sent and returned the money. On April 17, I ordered another zoom scooter (along with 2 storage boxes and racks), its now august 24, and still hasn't arrived. I realize shipping takes longer by freight, but over 4 months is way too long to wait. They finally responded when I wrote a negative review and let me know where it was (that was over a month ago), they did offer to refund the money, but I really wanted another scooter (for my hubby). Ive since emailed and called to find out if they would track it again, but they never respond. It does make me wonder how the warranty would work if they are that bad at responding. They really need to figure out a better way to ship these things, so frustrating!!!

Awesome scooter BUT… We love our little yellow Zoom. Worked great for almost 1 year then the charger & battery died. Probably my fault, but that’s not the issue. I ordered & paid for a new battery & charger Nov 6, 2022. It’s now Jan 22, 2023 & still no battery or charger. The customer service keeps telling me it’s on the way, even will be here next week (a month ago). That the supplier had backlog due to holidays. But still waiting. I’ve even asked for recommendations of another battery & charger to replace mine, but no luck. Seems there is only one supplier so I am stuck. The scooter is awesome when it works but if you need to replace anything be ready to wait for months…hoping to be able to ride it before the Texas summer heat but as of now it’s a dead scooter in the garage. What a shame.,
