A Pleasure to Deal With Great socks and customer service! The socks are amazing. I thought they were too tight, but once I had them on, they felt great. I actually bought them to go with a crazy colorful pair of German clogs and the combination is delightful. Customer service responded quickly and so politely to a question about the shipment sent amiss by the USPS--no fault of Darn Tough I learned when the package arrived.

These socks don’t wick! I bought two pairs of Men's Boot Heavyweight Hunting Socks. They were comfortable but the socks do not wick moisture as advertised thus feet get damp and cold. I gave them 2 Stars for socks but 5 Stars for Customer service, delivery and return.

Simply the best Best socks ever. Comfortable, warm, stylish. They last years, even when put through the wringer (thru-hiking, running, etc). And the company honors their lifetime warranty when they do eventually wear out. About 7 years ago I sent in 2 pairs of holey socks and received new ones that are still going strong!

I wear these things hard as I'm on my feet all day 6 days a week. They've held up beautifully. I've purchased 7 year guaranteed socks from Duluth and worked through them in less than 2 years. I doubt any item like this will last a lifetime but these sure are worth the money in my opinion.

Had ordered a total of 5 pairs of… Had ordered a total of 5 pairs of shocks, and delivery came all wet-shocks with terrible packaging for the product. Asked for a new pair of socks and returned the one received earlier, now after a month today, still waiting for my socks to arrive. UK customer service is terrible I believe.. They keep on 'getting in touch with their team' for weeks.. Why do you exit if can not deliver and answer the consumers?
