A Pleasure to Deal With Great socks and customer service! The socks are amazing. I thought they were too tight, but once I had them on, they felt great. I actually bought them to go with a crazy colorful pair of German clogs and the combination is delightful. Customer service responded quickly and so politely to a question about the shipment sent amiss by the USPS--no fault of Darn Tough I learned when the package arrived.

Simply the best Best socks ever. Comfortable, warm, stylish. They last years, even when put through the wringer (thru-hiking, running, etc). And the company honors their lifetime warranty when they do eventually wear out. About 7 years ago I sent in 2 pairs of holey socks and received new ones that are still going strong!

Holiday Shopping - Arrived Early According to their FAQ page about Shipping, "Last day in December for estimated arrival for Christmas: December 16 (before 12PM EST) — Complimentary Shipping via USPS." I placed an order two days before that. They created a shipping label on the 17th so I was worried it wouldn't arrive on time for the holidays.There had also been a banner message a few days later about a storm in Vermont. Package arrived today, in time for the holidays. Their estimated delivery times are accurate in my experience.

Asked for a new pair of socks and returned the one received earlier, now after a month today, still waiting for my socks to arrive. UK customer service is terrible I believe.. They keep on 'getting in touch with their team' for weeks.. Why do you exit if can not deliver and answer the consumers?
