GBI am very pleased with the product… I am very pleased with the product everything mentioned in their advertisement is correct especially with the ease of taking the tablets and that there is not a fishy after taste. I hoped the Omax 3 would give me some relief for my arthritis pain but that has not changed. I have a 6 month checkup in November for my cholesterol and Triglycerides numbers and I am hoping I will see a lower number I don't want to take statins because they cause me to have awful pain in my chest arms and legs. I will continue taking the Omax 3 until I receive my test results. I strongly believe that fish oil is very important to everyone's heart health.

GBCustomer service is terrible I set up a subscription for every 2 months. Product went out of stock. I received a delivery and didn't need it because the item was out of stock for so long I had to replace it with other product. I PAUSED entire subscription. I received another order THE NEXT MONTH even though I had an every other month subscription. Customer service would not give me credit for their mistake instead I must spend time on the phone, PAY FOR A RETURN LABEL for product I didn't ask for, then get my ass to a place to send it back, in order to hopefully get a credit. NEVER get involved with a subscription. I will be going elsewhere.

GBAdverse reaction to Fish Oil After using this product for Six Months I became so ill I was hospitalized. After extensive testing it is determined that I had an inflamation of the stomach esophagus and digestive track. Since stopping I have spoken to others that had similar if not identical problems using fish oil products. I have stopped using this product for about 3 weeks and can still only eat plain or boiled foods. I am just starting to feel some relief from my symptoms. I do feel that if you Must take Fish Oil, this is probably one of the best product on the market. For me it would have been Any Fish Oil in general that apparently would have caused the problems I experienced. I am Very disappointed that there are NO Warnings Anywhere indicating that this can happen.

GBThe worst customer service ever I was WAS using the fish oil. The product is great but holy god the customer service is the worst I've seen. After paying for two separate packages of their fish oil, by the third purchase their payment system f'd up majorly and they flat out refused to fix it. At first the issue was the system added a broken home address to my account. I fixed that but then they lied about my card and said it was expired. It is not. Their system refused to process an order and they kept giving asinine excuses instead offering to fix it. This went on for eight days before I said you know what, just cancel my account. I'll take my business elsewhere. OMAX must pay bare minimum wage and treat their customer service hires like trash because none of them were interested in fixing the problem.

GBWhat a great product! What a great product! My husband used the Omax Health Omega 3 Fish Oil and Vitamin D supplements for one month and had a marked difference in health. We have continued the regimen by reordering and will keep this as part of his routine indefinitely. I did receive the initial month supply in exchange for my honest review.
