GBThe Omax3 Socks are incredible!!!! I purchased fish oil gel caps but stopped taking them because they caused me to burp - fishy smell and taste. BUT, they included in the shipping box a pair of their Omax3 Socks. I gave them to my sister, a diabetic, who always has cold feet due to poor circulation. She loved them, so much so that I bought four more pairs for her. Not only do they keep her feet warm, she has feeling in her feet and toes, and the socks are comfortable --- no pinching like with compression stockings. According to my sister, these socks are incredible.

GBGreat product but poor Cyber Monday Ad Great product but did not appreciate the multi Cyber Monday ads claiming to allow 40% price reductions. This triggered me to re-order product only to discover that the regular supplements were NOT on sale, as per the FINE print. If you have a great product, there should be no need to resort to misleading tricks to generate sales.

GBThe worst customer service ever I was WAS using the fish oil. The product is great but holy god the customer service is the worst I've seen. After paying for two separate packages of their fish oil, by the third purchase their payment system f'd up majorly and they flat out refused to fix it. At first the issue was the system added a broken home address to my account. I fixed that but then they lied about my card and said it was expired. It is not. Their system refused to process an order and they kept giving asinine excuses instead offering to fix it. This went on for eight days before I said you know what, just cancel my account. I'll take my business elsewhere. OMAX must pay bare minimum wage and treat their customer service hires like trash because none of them were interested in fixing the problem.

GBMy experience with omaxhealth.com was… My experience with omaxhealth.com was just mediocore. The webpage and products weren't visually vey pleasing. The website itself is a little outdated and kind of clunky to navigate. The product selections is avergae; nothing to write home about. The checkout process however, was snappy and convenient, that much I can give them credit for. However, I won't be shopping there again anytime soon due to the below par quality of their prodcts on offer.

GBCustomer service is terrible I set up a subscription for every 2 months. Product went out of stock. I received a delivery and didn't need it because the item was out of stock for so long I had to replace it with other product. I PAUSED entire subscription. I received another order THE NEXT MONTH even though I had an every other month subscription. Customer service would not give me credit for their mistake instead I must spend time on the phone, PAY FOR A RETURN LABEL for product I didn't ask for, then get my ass to a place to send it back, in order to hopefully get a credit. NEVER get involved with a subscription. I will be going elsewhere.
