Customer service is terrible I set up a subscription for every 2 months. Product went out of stock. I received a delivery and didn't need it because the item was out of stock for so long I had to replace it with other product. I PAUSED entire subscription. I received another order THE NEXT MONTH even though I had an every other month subscription. Customer service would not give me credit for their mistake instead I must spend time on the phone, PAY FOR A RETURN LABEL for product I didn't ask for, then get my ass to a place to send it back, in order to hopefully get a credit. NEVER get involved with a subscription. I will be going elsewhere.

New cognitive booster from Omax I am taking part in a review program for a new cognitive boost product from Omax and just wanted to drop a few lines here and say: "it's working!" I am very pleased with the product… I am very pleased with the product everything mentioned in their advertisement is correct especially with the ease of taking the tablets and that there is not a fishy after taste. I hoped the Omax 3 would give me some relief for my arthritis pain but that has not changed. I have a 6 month checkup in November for my cholesterol and Triglycerides numbers and I am hoping I will see a lower number I don't want to take statins because they cause me to have awful pain in my chest arms and legs. I will continue taking the Omax 3 until I receive my test results. I strongly believe that fish oil is very important to everyone's heart health.
