This has been GREAT for my mental and physical well-being:-) I've been taking the Omax3 product for the past 3-4 months and can really feel a difference in my mental focus and physical agility. I've always had a problem staying focused on a project. I am very pleased with the product… I am very pleased with the product everything mentioned in their advertisement is correct especially with the ease of taking the tablets and that there is not a fishy after taste. I hoped the Omax 3 would give me some relief for my arthritis pain but that has not changed. I have a 6 month checkup in November for my cholesterol and Triglycerides numbers and I am hoping I will see a lower number I don't want to take statins because they cause me to have awful pain in my chest arms and legs. I will continue taking the Omax 3 until I receive my test results. I strongly believe that fish oil is very important to everyone's heart health.

I liked Omax3 though, while Omega3 capsules are all generally large I didn't have any problem with these and there was minimal aftertastes or digestive issues as I've had with others. It's a good product and has tons of value vs needing to take many dosages from the other guys.
