This has been GREAT for my mental and physical well-being:-) I've been taking the Omax3 product for the past 3-4 months and can really feel a difference in my mental focus and physical agility. I've always had a problem staying focused on a project. SInce I've been taking Omax3, I've been able to get more of my projects done and wisely discern on projects that were also not condusive of my time. As far as physical agility goes, I've had problems with weak knees and knee pain. My knees have been working better than ever and I feel like I am walking in the body of a 20 year old again. What a great product! What a great product! My husband used the Omax Health Omega 3 Fish Oil and Vitamin D supplements for one month and had a marked difference in health.
