Just don't I called Tnutz on the phone prior to placing an order. I'm glad I did. The person on the phone was dismissive, rude, and not knowledgeable. Following up with my own research, I found that Tnutz material is significantly weaker than other mainstream manufacturers as well. I promptly ordered from 80/20. My order arrived in 3 days, not the 2 weeks or more quoted my Tnutz. You really do get what you pay for.

Horrible customer service lack of accountability I am never notified when something is out of stock or if an order is going to take longer than the advertised processing time. The customer service is extremely unwilling to be accountable for issues in the business and rude and unprofessional. Also, you cannot submit reviews on their website, which I believe is a federal issue and may even be illegal and misleading.

My son recently ordered from Tnutz.com… My son recently ordered from Tnutz.com and paid more for shipping than for the product. When I reached out to Tnutz.com about their shipping all I received was a sassy and condescending remark from Robert who didn't even have the mar$%#s to give me his last name. I'll use wood before I order from these !@#$%oaches again.

Processing time is 4x longer than… Processing time is 4x longer than stated on their website (took 19 days to ship my order). Of course they charged me the day I placed the order. Customer service is simply horrible. Once I FINALLY got my order it was was missing nearly 10% of the parts I ordered

Not honest about their turn around time… Not honest about their turn around time & terrible customer service. When I tried to get some help, I was given terrible attitude and was accused of "living under a rock". How these guys are still in business is beyond me. Avoid if at all possible !
