Called customer service and was asked "what do you want me to do about it? Drive it down to you?" He told me to call USPS and deal with it myself...We operate a high volume e commerce business and after processing 1000s of orders not once have we made a customer deal with a carrier for failure to deliver a package. These losers deserve to go out of business.

Unfortunately it is a Chinese knockoff I typically try to buy American when possible. there is nothing on the website regarding origin of manufacturing and got a run around when I called. Never trust a site that doesn't put an address on the website.

Processing time is 4x longer than… Processing time is 4x longer than stated on their website (took 19 days to ship my order). Of course they charged me the day I placed the order. Customer service is simply horrible. Once I FINALLY got my order it was was missing nearly 10% of the parts I ordered

Canceled order never refunded More than a year ago, I placed an online order with Tnutz that, due to an unexpected emergency, I canceled by phone the same day. Although the person I talked to wasn't happy that I was canceling, he did cancel it. My payment was never refunded and the order was never shipped. Checking the order status on their website shows "Pending". I've left several messages and written to get this straightened out but they've ignored every attempt.
