GBMultiple orders, same satisfaction every time Ordered from them after a few recommendations from the Sprinter build Facebook groups. Turnaround time isn't the fastest but they clearly state this on their website and this isn't Amazon after all.. it's custom cut material in most cases. I've ordered on 4 or 5 separate occasions now in varying dollar amounts and I've had the same great experience every time. The shipping is predictable and the products are quality stuff. On my most recent order I had grabbed about $2,000 in extrusions and various hardware and then a subsequent order for some stuff that I forgot. I had asked if they could process the supplemental order with the first so I didn't have to wait a few days and delay my van build any longer. They processed them as requested without delay and got me ready to go. I will happily continue purchasing extrusions for any further builds from the company.

GBMy son recently ordered from Tnutz.com… My son recently ordered from Tnutz.com and paid more for shipping than for the product. When I reached out to Tnutz.com about their shipping all I received was a sassy and condescending remark from Robert who didn't even have the mar$%#s to give me his last name. I'll use wood before I order from these !@#$%oaches again.

GBWhat's not to like? Reading other reviews prompted this, as well as my own tremendous experience. First of all, their return policy is clearly stated, that because orders are custom to the inch, there basically are no returns, so check yourself before you order, it's that simple. In my case I was careful to order just what I needed, but the total price was so good that I decided I'd like to add something a day later. I emailed customer service on Saturday night, expecting no answer til the following Monday, but I got an answer a few hours later telling me that since I hadn't set up an account with saved billing info., they couldn't add to the previous order (they don't take credit card info over the phone, they have a secure service contractor for that). No biggie. I went back to their site, set up the account, saved the charge info and emailed them back what I had done and what I wished to add. Three days later I received a perfectly wrapped and protected package, and in spite of UPS's typical attempts to destroy, everything was intact and unharmed. The order had obviously been packed by someone who'd done it before and actually cared about doing a good (albeit minimalist) job. Nothing rattling around or poking out, and the parts that I ordered were about 50 lbs., so had it been Amazon, I'm certain it would have ended differently, as in with holes in the boxing and parts everywhere (been there done that). In my previous life I used McMaster quite a bit for trade show exhibit builds, and they were good, but you paid for it. These guys were reasonably priced, prompt, and they accommodated a less than organized request to help me avoid paying for additional shipping. I call that a solid win, and I'm preparing another larger order as I'm typing this. I would add that their website made it pretty simple to figure out exactly what I needed, which is no mean thing since ordering specialty machined anything can be pretty dicey. This was just one rather small order, but so far I'm quite pleased. As for the canceling of custom cut orders, I can only surmise that expecting to be able to return such a thing is the result of someone having never been told no as a child. That or they're just business dumb. Go order a wedding cake and then try to cancel and see what ya get. My bias: I have no affiliation with this company at all, and I've received nothing in consideration for this review, I'm just older and have very little patience with children.

GBGreat price, customer service not so much I made a somewhat large order with 30 pieces of cut to length aluminum profiles, and over 300 pieces of hardware. This order was for a client, and I placed the order 4 weeks in advance of an established deadline since the website advertised that orders were fulfilled and shipped in 24-48 hours I figured I'd have plenty of time for it to arrive and be built. Approximately 4 days later my order was shipped, not a big deal. About a week following 2 of my 3 packages arrived. The package that didn't arrive contained all the hardware, and UPS apparently lost it (which is no fault of T Nutz). However, out of the 2 boxes I did receive I was missing an aluminum profile. I called, no answer... so I emailed and got a reply that they would be sending a piece. I sent the length it was to be, and they shortly shipped it. Ok great! In the mean time I had to make a claim with UPS for the lost package which took a couple of days for them to "look for it." A couple days later I received the missing profile in the mail, but it was cut an inch short. I called T Nutz, again no answer... but after repeated attempts I got through. I told them about the claim, asked if they could go ahead and send another replacement package in the mean time as I was now facing a deadline shortly. I was advised they would not do that until the claim had a result... ok. I then told them that the piece they sent had arrived an inch shorter than I needed. The lady on the phone actually laughed! She said they would send another. I asked if they could please rush it so I could have it arrive sooner due to the deadline and seeing that I had been dealing with accepting my full order now for over 2 weeks. I was told it would be rushed. I'm irritated, but the deadline is not completely ruined. Great! A couple days later I am notified by UPS that my claim resulted in a lost package and they had issued a claim to the shipper. This was on a Thursday, about 3 weeks from when the order was originally made. I called and emailed multiple times without getting any reply. Friday I called and was able to get someone on the phone. They were clueless about the claim result until they did some digging. I asked that my hardware order be shipped immediately and rush shipped due to the fact my deadline was now a week away. She said, "the guys in the shop are really swamped so that can't happen, but it will ship first thing Monday." OK whatever, I've just spent over $1200 for an order that has taken over 3 weeks to receive with tons of headaches, but I believe my deadline could still be met as long as she fulfills her word. Come Monday no shipping notification, my phone calls and emails go unanswered. Tuesday more phone calls and emails... no answer. Late Tuesday... approximately 5pm I get a notification that a shipping label was created. The package doesn't ship until Wednesday, and I didn't receive it until the following Monday... 3 days past my deadline. T Nutz customer service is lacking to say the least. I would strongly caution anyone looking to make a purchase to buy well over a month in advance of when you need the products. As far as the product, it's as advertised but with some dings, scrapes and a couple gouges so I don't know if you're fine with that then great, but you should give a serious look to other aluminum extrusion providers in my opinion. I did eventually receive my full order. However, it took me over a month, numerous headaches, lost productivity and hundreds of dollars lost on my end due to a deadline missed though. Good luck!

GBBolts/Nuts not compatible, company won't answer to fix this. First off, they did ship the order within 24-48 hours like they claim. It was well packaged and the plates/brackets came individually wrapped and protected. They did send out the correct number of bolts/tnuts. The only problem - the bolts and tnuts that were ordered as a set were not compatible. They had different thread pitches and would not work together. It has now been over a week of me trying to get ahold of them to fix it and they won't answer any of my emails or phone calls.
