When I reached out to Tnutz.com about their shipping all I received was a sassy and condescending remark from Robert who didn't even have the mar$%#s to give me his last name. Unfortunately it is a Chinese knockoff I typically try to buy American when possible. there is nothing on the website regarding origin of manufacturing and got a run around when I called. Never trust a site that doesn't put an address on the website.

Called customer service and was asked "what do you want me to do about it? Drive it down to you?" He told me to call USPS and deal with it myself...We operate a high volume e commerce business and after processing 1000s of orders not once have we made a customer deal with a carrier for failure to deliver a package. These losers deserve to go out of business.
