GBBolts/Nuts not compatible, company won't answer to fix this. First off, they did ship the order within 24-48 hours like they claim. It was well packaged and the plates/brackets came individually wrapped and protected. They did send out the correct number of bolts/tnuts. The only problem - the bolts and tnuts that were ordered as a set were not compatible. They had different thread pitches and would not work together. It has now been over a week of me trying to get ahold of them to fix it and they won't answer any of my emails or phone calls.

GBTNutz states on their website that… TNutz states on their website that orders take 5 to 7 days to process, and that is admirable that they state it up front, but I still don't like the fact that they charge your credit card up front then decide when they will process your order. 5 to 7 days is slower than virtually any other retailer providing the same materials and services.

GBUnfortunately it is a Chinese knockoff I typically try to buy American when possible. there is nothing on the website regarding origin of manufacturing and got a run around when I called. Never trust a site that doesn't put an address on the website.

GBSpeedy delivery but horrible quality Speedy delivery but horrible quality. Recommend for using another company even if they charge $400 more Come on guys . Take an air hose and blow off the excess machined material. Other then that fasteners are similar and cheaper compare to the competitors.

GBHorrible customer service lack of accountability I am never notified when something is out of stock or if an order is going to take longer than the advertised processing time. The customer service is extremely unwilling to be accountable for issues in the business and rude and unprofessional. Also, you cannot submit reviews on their website, which I believe is a federal issue and may even be illegal and misleading.
