Bolts/Nuts not compatible, company won't answer to fix this. First off, they did ship the order within 24-48 hours like they claim. It was well packaged and the plates/brackets came individually wrapped and protected. They did send out the correct number of bolts/tnuts. The only problem - the bolts and tnuts that were ordered as a set were not compatible. They had different thread pitches and would not work together. It has now been over a week of me trying to get ahold of them to fix it and they won't answer any of my emails or phone calls.

Unfortunately it is a Chinese knockoff I typically try to buy American when possible. there is nothing on the website regarding origin of manufacturing and got a run around when I called. Never trust a site that doesn't put an address on the website.

When I reached out to Tnutz.com about their shipping all I received was a sassy and condescending remark from Robert who didn't even have the mar$%#s to give me his last name. Slow processing Slow processing Made a few orders with them. Just with those few orders, I've seen many issues. Processing time for very small orders have taken longer than the 7 days they promise. I've also had multiple times where they sent me the wrong hardware and had to source hardware somewhere else at an additional cost to me. So that I can get my project done and not have to wait for them to respond and ship replacements. When addressing issues they have proven to be unresponsive at times. I just placed an order and 8 days later I'm finally getting a delivery date. I'm literally waiting on one piece to finish a project. One piece of profile takes half a month to get to a customer in the same time zone. This seems ridiculous to me. Even during these times. I've order other materials from other ecommerce sites, some on the other side of the country. Those came within the same week.
