GBCanceled order never refunded More than a year ago, I placed an online order with Tnutz that, due to an unexpected emergency, I canceled by phone the same day. Although the person I talked to wasn't happy that I was canceling, he did cancel it. My payment was never refunded and the order was never shipped. Checking the order status on their website shows "Pending". I've left several messages and written to get this straightened out but they've ignored every attempt.

GBTNutz states on their website that… TNutz states on their website that orders take 5 to 7 days to process, and that is admirable that they state it up front, but I still don't like the fact that they charge your credit card up front then decide when they will process your order. 5 to 7 days is slower than virtually any other retailer providing the same materials and services.

GBMy son recently ordered from Tnutz.com… My son recently ordered from Tnutz.com and paid more for shipping than for the product. When I reached out to Tnutz.com about their shipping all I received was a sassy and condescending remark from Robert who didn't even have the mar$%#s to give me his last name. I'll use wood before I order from these !@#$%oaches again.

GBHorrible customer service lack of accountability I am never notified when something is out of stock or if an order is going to take longer than the advertised processing time. The customer service is extremely unwilling to be accountable for issues in the business and rude and unprofessional. Also, you cannot submit reviews on their website, which I believe is a federal issue and may even be illegal and misleading.

GBBolts/Nuts not compatible, company won't answer to fix this. First off, they did ship the order within 24-48 hours like they claim. It was well packaged and the plates/brackets came individually wrapped and protected. They did send out the correct number of bolts/tnuts. The only problem - the bolts and tnuts that were ordered as a set were not compatible. They had different thread pitches and would not work together. It has now been over a week of me trying to get ahold of them to fix it and they won't answer any of my emails or phone calls.
