GBI ordered a shorty with knife blade and… I ordered a shorty with knife blade and they sent me one with the wrong blade. Easy exchange right? No, they refused to exchange it without charging me, so I canceled the order and made it a return. Then I found one used. Fine until I lost a screw, which is proprietary, so I asked how to replace the screw -- no response. Apparently I am on some list now after their error.

NLQC is now threatening to get back at me. QC is now threatening to get back at my work if I do not stop ask questions about my delivery. How sick can you get as a company? No refund, no service. Totally nothing! Money gone! Do not do business with these total morons!

GBNon-existent customer support. I ordered "the drift," aka KNSWSA, in Vanax SuperClean steel for $305 and was super excited about this knife with the Vanax blade. It came fairly sharp. However, I used 4-5 high-grade wet stones and got the knife ridiculously sharp. It was my EDC for about two weeks until I noticed some discoloration of the blade. What happened to the claim of "All components are made to withstand extreme corrosion, making this knife nearly rust-proof." Well, that's a good question. I emailed them 2x and never heard anything. Not even a simple reply of, "Sorry you're screwed." Nope, not a single reply. They don't stand behind their products and have zero-customer service. I will NEVER EVER buy another knife from Quiet Carry--and I'm a knife guy. Learn from my mistake; don't waste your money. If you want a knife that's quality and supported by a company that stands by its product--keep looking--you don't find it with Quiet Carry! Stick with the knife brands you know that have supported customers for years!

FRGreat prduct (Ti Q3 Tool blade). Great product (Ti Q3 Tool blade), nice crafmanship. I received the wrong item (blade version) but they sent me another tool-blade for FREE ! I guess their customer service gets better and better. Keep on taking care of your clients. I will order again.

GBTHE WORST THE WORST! Their products are attractive but the good news ends there... I ordered their Q3 knife/key organizer. The price was stupid high and after adding shipping, tax etc. it totaled $79.88, crazy high, right? But I was stupid and ordered it anyway. No shipping notification came and I inquired. Customer service was totally rude. Every time I asked things like "when will it ship" and "will there be a tracking number provided" I kept getting stuff back "if you're not happy we'll just cancel the order". ??? Their attitude was "if you don't like it we'll just cancel your order". The signal they sent me was "we're not interested in your business". Well now I'm not interested in their business.
