I have started adding in more fats and making sure i'm eating breakfast and even those 2 alone have helped a lot, I do still need to cut down on refined sugar and wine but i'm on the right track.

There was no actual way to “manage your subscription” when you login it shows you an order number and that’s it no, cancel or modify button. You have to call and leave a voicemail, or chat online.
