Highly Recommended for all women!! I really enjoyed the Hormone Academy Program! It opened my eyes to so many things concerning women's cycles and women specific healthy habits for hormonal balance. I loved the Facebook community that was very supportive. Tamika was exceptional at responding questions on a timely manner and guiding me through every step. The changes are easy to implement and are very effective. I have seen noticeable results from only 8 weeks!! I have more energy, I've lost weight and I can curb sugar cravings in a healthy way!! I thoroughly enjoyed the course I thoroughly enjoyed the course, I like that the videos are short and to the point and Tam seems like such a kind and bubbly person to easy to listen to. I have started adding in more fats and making sure i'm eating breakfast and even those 2 alone have helped a lot, I do still need to cut down on refined sugar and wine but i'm on the right track.

5 Star reviews of products are not accurate!! I purchased the “Androgen Blocker” supplements from this company. After one month I saw no change so I continued to take the supplements. During the second month of taking these pills the hair on my face and neck got even darker and more corse, and the hair loss on my head got worse. This supplement is supposed to do the opposite. I understand though that different people may have different reactions. All of the reviews on their website are very positive and because of my very different experience I wanted others to be aware. I got the link to leave a review emailed to me by customer service, and left my own one star review. To this day, nearly a month and a half after I left the review it has not appeared on their website. They hand pick which negative reviews they want left on their products. Then the negative reviews that are on their website they comment and suggest that it’s the persons lifestyle or something of their doing instead of their product. Again I totally understand that different people have different reactions, but if I saw that some people had negative reactions to this supplement I might have thought twice.

10/10 recommend! I have been growing male patterned facial hair for over a decade and it got to the point where I was waxing/plucking multiple times a week. Within two weeks of starting these supplements I’m down to waxing/plucking once a week and the hair is growing in much finer. I’ve also seen less hair fall from my head in the shower and less bloat/puffiness. I’m not taking any medications and haven’t made dietary changes so I attribute the changes completely to these supplements. I started taking them to help regulate my cycle so the rest is a great plus. My cycles have not yet regulated after a month of being on the supplements but I plan to stick with this for at least three months and hopefully the regular cycles will come. 🙏
