So glad I came across Tam on instagram This course really helped me in so many ways. I did the most basic package as I am quite familiar with nutrition and already knew some of the information in the modules, however Tam explained them in a really easy to understand way and gave great tips to include each week that werent too overwhelming! I am happy to say that post pill - I have got my cycle from 50-55 days to 34 days, and my pimples are starting to settle down. Thanks Tam!

Very interesting but too expensive The content of the HHA was very interesting and Tam has some incredible teaching skills. Everything was clear and easy to understand. After two months, I noticed an increase of my libido as well as way less spotting. I also noticed I was more happy and creative. I haven't noticed any improvement on some other issues I had (weight gain, acne, anxiety and mood changes, period pain and hair loss) but I guess it takes time. Tam was also very receptive, she took the time to answer all the questions I had and I really appreciated it. The reason why I give "only" 3 stars is because I was quite disappointed to see that I paid so much for information Tam gives on her Instagram and blog. I feel like I could have done all that by myself simply by reading her blog or watching her instagram stories, for example (or actually even by doing some research on the internet). Of course she put together an awesome course and she deserves to be paid for that but it was simply just too expensive for the amount of (exclusive) information we received. I was expecting more, that's all.

I was notified of this second order, shipping confirmed, and charged on the same day. I did not like the product and I did not want a second order. There was no actual way to “manage your subscription” when you login it shows you an order number and that’s it no, cancel or modify button. You have to call and leave a voicemail, or chat online. Very unhelpful do not! Order this stuff it’s not risk free and it’s not refundable.

Good product, bad business practices Good product, sketchy service. I tried the PCOS blood sugar balance pills and I have to say I was pleased that they didn't upset my stomach and seemed to be helping. When I went to reorder, I found that the website offers various incentives and discounts to get you to either subscribe or buy more (popups offering a cheaper price for the same item). Then when you go to check out, you find that those discounts are either not applicable or invalidate some other part of your order. They also use whatever discount you DO qualify for to disqualify you from free shipping which ends up putting your total nearly back to what it would have been at full price. When you email customer service they're politely dismissive and ultimately unhelpful. I will be searching for a similar product elsewhere because I don't like feeling manipulated.
