Grocery store online when the online craze first started i was hesistant to purchase any grocery or perishable goods online because of quality concerns but it's different with planetrx.com I thought it was an ordinary online drug store website, but i was wrong they carried my favorite teas and coffee brands with prices cheaper than Amazon, this was a pleasant surprise, I will be coming back for more. On time delivery with great packaging ! i'm a very satisfied customer.

NO STARS TOTAL RIPOFF! Ordered submitted in Oct 2011, not yet received, no answers to inquiries sent on their website. Nobody answers their phone, given message to leave a message then told that the mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message. I have now gone through the credit card company to receive a refund.

Never Got what I ordered, or a full refund. I was on the site to order a KNEE braces, then ordered an additional 30 dollars to meet the FREE Shipping requirements. I didn't get my Knee Brace, and other items were mislabeled. In the end I ate the difference, and they told me I could pretty much screw myself, for they can't be held responsible for mislabeled items. So they aren't sending me the Knee Braces I ordered and was charged for, and the other items they will take back if I ship them back. This whole thing is a total Joke, these guys are just unprofessional yahoos trying to keep a poor business model together.
