Very easy to set up and ring was not… Very easy to set up and ring was not bad to wear. Did not find it hard to sleep with it. Overall experience was fast and easy.

Another Disappointing Experience Don't be so cheap and print some CORRECT instructions vs. assuming everyone is tech savvy to use QR codes. There is squat in the instructions (I HAD to print) about the red lights and their exact/full protocol. Train your reps better so they provide accurate info. And, if I'm having a telemed appt. with a PA vs. a Dr., it would be nice to know ahead of time. If you need paperwork completed, 1 email is sufficient vs. multiple confusing emails. Questions on the medical forms could be more concise/worded better (it's not always a black or white, "yes" or "no" response). Lastly, send some medical tape vs. Post It Note (size arrows flags) junk that will actually stick to your skin and some clips that aren't so stretched out that will actually stay in place. Disappointing experience with YOUR company, and it's not my first trip to this medical rodeo. In response to your response. I never stated "difficult." There is just A LOT of room for training and improvement! UPDATE: 11/27/23: I have called NOW 3X and left voicemails to get a receipt from my Monday, 11/27 Telemed Appt. and have yet to be contacted by anyone to supply this itemized receipt! UPDATE 2/8/24: Case & point. It took months to get another of their lame responses on 2/7/24 from my additional 11/27/23 comments.

Easy to use test Everything was included in the test kit. All steps were clearly stated and easy to follow. Returning the test kit was very easy. Could not have been easier to do the sleep test.
