Fine, but... I liked that I could do this testing at home, sleeping in my own bed. A little more turnover time would have been welcome. It was a holiday weekend when I was trying to return the device, I had company, and the post office was closed Sunday and Monday, Columbus Day. The "you're late and you might incur a late fee"messages I received before the device arrived back to your facility made me feel uncomfortable, because I was doing the best I could, considering the timing. Reminders are fine, but the messages seemed almost threatening.

The whole process was simple The whole process was simple. It was hard to sleep the first night, perhaps just getting used to the system, but the second night was much easier. Given what sleep tests used to entail, this is a no brainer.

Would definitely recommend They've turned out to be one of the most professional and genuine companies I have ever worked with. We had our doubts and misunderstandings with the company due to the logistics of the process - not the quality of the testing or anything like that. The owner stepped in and really did listen and take into account our concerns and immediately resolved the issues we were having. Can't ask for more.

Easy to use test Everything was included in the test kit. All steps were clearly stated and easy to follow. Returning the test kit was very easy. Could not have been easier to do the sleep test.
