Next level customer service. I received a beautiful knife with a small imperfection, if you can even call it that. I sent an email hoping just for advice on maintenance for it and not expecting anything else but an email with that. Anthony ordered a new knife to be shipped out before they even replied. Three incredibly easy transactions in a row, and for such a small team their shipping times are top notch.

It doesn’t retain its sharpness It doesn’t retain its sharpness, i had it two weeks and i can’t even slice a tomato without sharpening it on a steel
