Customer support is perfect Customer support is perfect. I've ordered from Tokushu about ten times (maybe more?) and recommended them to others who have ordered even more. I never have heard of any issue. The sharing of knowledge and doing just a little bit more, stands out.

I have made many purchases from tokushu… I have made many purchases from tokushu knives, and can't say enough good things!! Zack and Tony are great guys, who go above and beyond time and again to keep there customers happy! Fast shipping, super secure packaging, and amazing selection of products!! They work well and fast They work well and fast. I searched for an afternoon when I wanted to buy my knives, and I chose this shop because of the range of choice and the price tags. I found the same knives on other shops for 50/100€ more. Their shipping and handling was also superb. Bonus points to them for shipping with DHL, which delivered my package on a Friday instead of the ETA of the next Monday. I did learn that there's an import tax, besides VAT, so be prepared to spend a bit more than you thought. Besides that, they reply to questions very fast on their site chat. I didn't have as much success with the contact us email form though, so if you want to contact them, I suggest using the chat. Needless to say: the knives are fantastic.
