Fast service, friendly staff I will definitely use them again when I need another 3D print done. The staff was very prompt in answering my questions and helpful. They had an issue with my print and I revived an email right away letting me know it was slightly delayed, but it still arrived in a very readable amount of time.

The experience as a whole was a bit disappointing, however it had nothing to do with Jawstec quality or service which was more than satisfactory The parts needed had ultra fine details and small channels which thier process could not achieve, or the channels were not adequately cleaned. Either way the parts were unusable.

sand blasting not correct ordered a lot of MJF parts and although they were printed correctly the post processing sand blasting was not done correctly and had a lot of excess material. openned a complaint ticket/quality issue and after 4 days I just received one answer that they were going to check and nothing conclusive so far. Overall: not the best experience. EDIT we come to a mutual solution

First, I did a one-piece sample and then followed it up with a larger group of pieces. The discount that was available at the time allowed me to risk a larger order. I wanted to compare with another vendor.
