Quality decrease, looking elsewhere I’ve been using Jawstec for about 4 years. Recently I have seen a decrease in quality. Tumbling is no longer offered which is my preferred post-processing service. There have been a significant increase in print flaws which makes me think their quality standards have decreased. Customer service is not very friendly, attentive or quick to resolve these issues. I’m looking to move to another contractor for my parts

Multiple parts were out of spec with issues… Multiple parts were out of spec or had finish issues. Order arrived late after a batch of parts failed quality testing, yet somehow all of the other out of spec parts were still sent and had to be returned. Some parts were printed in the entirely wrong orientation from the images that were included specifically for orientation.

Amazing quality and customer service Fast turn around time, parts were quick to go into production and shipped promptly! They arrived packaged very well. JawsTech is very communicative and always keeps me informed of what production stage my parts are in through their website. I use them for all my SLS/MJF additive manufacturing needs.
