PTsand blasting not correct ordered a lot of MJF parts and although they were printed correctly the post processing sand blasting was not done correctly and had a lot of excess material. openned a complaint ticket/quality issue and after 4 days I just received one answer that they were going to check and nothing conclusive so far. Overall: not the best experience. EDIT we come to a mutual solution

USQuick Reasonably Priced Quality Parts I've was using Protolabs for rapid prototyping...They're extremely expensive, and sometimes leave me a few weeks out from receiving parts for fitment and functional tests. I stumbled across Jawtec, and I'll never go back to Protolabs. Same materials and printing methods, but very reasonably priced while still maintaining high quality. Not to mention how quickly I'm able to receive parts. They've saved me weeks on prototyping. Definitely will recommend!

USJawsTec, affordable quality and short leadtimes I have been using JawsTec for some time now and they have always done a great job and this last project was no different. They are always helpful, very quality-minded, and usually on time. If they haven't been, it's usually because I missed a spec in my design and had to send them new files. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

USQuality decrease, looking elsewhere I’ve been using Jawstec for about 4 years. Recently I have seen a decrease in quality. Tumbling is no longer offered which is my preferred post-processing service. There have been a significant increase in print flaws which makes me think their quality standards have decreased. Customer service is not very friendly, attentive or quick to resolve these issues. I’m looking to move to another contractor for my parts

USgreat 3d printing service I've ordered small figurines made from PA12 Nylon several times now, and Jawstec has been amazing. They ship very quickly, my last order arrived only 5 days after I placed the order. Some of the figures do end up with rough textures or noticeable print lines, but it's not that bad and I don't think that's the company's fault anyways, since I've seen the exact same types of issues when ordering PA12 from other sites as well. For the most part, figurines from Jawstec look amazing. I also got a couple of free prints with my last order which was a nice surprise :)
