GBKnives look fantastic, but… Knives look fantastic. Turnaround with USPS shipping was disappointing. Sent them out Jan 5 and they just arrived today. Being without my best knives for two weeks was hard on me. Considering other options.

GBOh what an EDGE!!!! Loved the quick turnaround and especially how sharp my newly returned knives are! There is nothing more depressing than trying to cook with dull knives!
