GBThe process was easy and my knives are⦠The process was easy and my knives are nicely sharp. They definitely deliver on what they promise. My only complaint was the shipping time. I sent them my knives January 2. They received them January 5 and sent me the notice that my knives were on the way back January 8. No problems there except I didn't actually have my knives back until January 17. Three days to get there. Nine days to get back. Not sure what happened at the post office but it shouldn't take that long. As my first experience with Sharpenters, I was pleased with the outcome but will prepare next time for significant shipping times.

GBSo far not happy So far not happy. They received knives (per usps tracking), they didn't send me a confirmation even though they claim they do. I have emailed a few times, absolutely no response. I'm afraid my knives have fallen into the void. Do far customer service sorely lacking.

GBI am so happy to have discovered Sharpenters I am so happy to have discovered Sharpenters. My knives were overdue for sharpening because I could not locate a high quality, convenient location locally. Turnaround time was excellent. I mailed on a Tuesday and received back on a Tuesday. They are beautifully sharpened and ready for safe use. I had 7 knives sharpened and will definitely use Sharpenters again.
