Great service and Super light brakes Super light brakes and more powerful than you would expect. Have done 1000s of KMs on mine over 10 years, and when I needed some tech advice and spare parts recently, the response was very quick and they sorted the issue and posted out the required bits.

Waiting time - But amazing quality product There is a lot of turmoil and mixed reviews of past transactions about Ted and his brand, but I really wanted to get my hands in this new brakes. I had direct communication with him and i got a great deal on the very last model , I did my order , and yes, I DID had to wait several weeks until finally I get shipment confirmation ,so between some order delays , and some patience mixed , I have to say Ted always replied , when the brakes arrived I was more than amazed, amazing construction and weight , easy to install and to set! Ultra L8 such an amazing piece of art! i will update about the durability and performance in 6months time. Thanks Ciamillo !

Exceptional customer service I purchased a set of L8 Ultra calipers in the summer of 2022, and unfortunately the front caliper was damaged in a race crash in September of that year. I contacted Ted to inquire about a replacement, and was blown away by his offer to replace the caliper free of charge! There were some delays in receiving the replacement, but Ted is an artisan who also relies on other providers for components. Ted is a great guy, and very easy to communicate with - all you have to do is give him a ring, and he is almost always sure to answer. I highly recommend Ted to anyone looking for a lightweight, made in the USA, high performance brake caliper!

Ted Ciamillo is a FRAUD Ted Ciamillo is a FRAUD! He reached out to us and offered discounts for 10 units of Custom Ciamillo B1 for Brompton brake for $510 each instead of the original price of $850 each. We wired a total of US$5,100 in Nov 2022 and contacted him numerous times. We got the same response, order will be out this week. We got NOTHING! BE AWARE! DO NOT DEAL ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!

Horrible experience Hi, I bought Lekki8 from Ted Ciamillo in 2021 and while the product delivered is as stated (light and functional, though does not provide as powerful braking as the heavier mainstream products), I had to wait 3 MONTHS for the product to arrive, following my payment. In the meantime, I was deceived and manipulated by Ted in his procrastinating emails and lost a lot of nerves and time. The delay also messed up my training and racing plans. All in all, I am fortunate not to have been completely robbed by this person. Customer service at Ciamillo is horrible, so take that into account when considering purchasing an otherwise cool product from TC.
