CAI only received 1 gallon of the cotton I only received 1 gallon of the cotton, spindle and detergent solution I purchased from egg crazy. It was in one package. I assume the other package containing the remainder of my order has been lost or was not shipped. Please advise regards, Michael McEwen.

GBDid not have the product in stock any… Did not have the product in stock any more, even though it was advertised online as in stock. They did call and informed me they were refunding the order and apologized for the inconvenience, Thank You

GBPackage had shipping damage / resolved quickly. The package had shipping damage and parts missing. Not their fault! They listened and researched. They got back to me a day later with the plan to ship the missing parts. They arrived the next day. No hassle at all.
