This was my first purchase experience with EIO, and I was pleased with their online user experience, their pricing, and their timely shipping of the product. I will definitely consider EIO again when future purchases are needed.

Scam My order took two months to arrive. I've ordered tools from Europe before and it's never taken this long for something to be delivered. Upon arrival, they failed to deliver 3/5 of what I ordered. I will not be purchasing anything from this "merchant", Conman, again. Edit I won my PayPal dispute against these swindlers. Buy here at your own risk. At least use PayPal if you do so.

Great product - Wished for more open communication I purchased a server chassis that has been very hard to find over the course of several months and was skeptical to purchase form EIO given the type of product in comparison to the hand tools and supplies advertised. However the product arrived roughly 3.5 weeks since purchase and is exactly as expected. The only wish that I could have was more communication on the status of the order including any delays. The product showed as shipped 1 week after purchase but was delayed without notification unless requested for comment. The product wouldn't really leave a warehouse and make its way to my doorstep for an addition 2 weeks. But I cannot complain too much as I'm overjoyed this chassis was delivered and in excellent packaging and condition. Thank you EIO.

Do Not Order From This Company Order was placed 2/3/24 with an estimated shipping time on purchase of 3-5 days. On 2/5/24 I received a message with an extended estimated shipping time of 1-2 weeks. I requested a cancellation and refund on two separate occasions on 2/26/24. I filed a dispute on 3/13/24 (Dispute #23859850) asking for a cancellation/refund with no response. I have documentation for all of these communications.

I cannot say enough good things about… I cannot say enough good things about this company! They worked with me to get items which were difficult to receive and got them to me in time for surprise my Father for his birthday. I found the contacts at EIO extremely helpful and will definitely purchase from again.
