Great product - Wished for more open communication I purchased a server chassis that has been very hard to find over the course of several months and was skeptical to purchase form EIO given the type of product in comparison to the hand tools and supplies advertised. However the product arrived roughly 3.5 weeks since purchase and is exactly as expected. The only wish that I could have was more communication on the status of the order including any delays. The product showed as shipped 1 week after purchase but was delayed without notification unless requested for comment. The product wouldn't really leave a warehouse and make its way to my doorstep for an addition 2 weeks. But I cannot complain too much as I'm overjoyed this chassis was delivered and in excellent packaging and condition. Thank you EIO.

Refurbished item sold as new Refurbished item sold as new. New seal glued over old one. Casing has bruises and paint flecks missing. Should have indication before sale that item is refurbished and price should be discounted. Have not checked yet if it is functional. Images and S/N are available upon request. Edit as of 2022-05-13: EIO states that the manufacturer (Athena Power) shipped the item directly. EIO was was quick to assist with getting a remedy from them. I revised up the review while waiting for the result.

Good prices if you don’t mind paying… Good prices if you don’t mind paying first and waiting. Found things here not available in Amazon but it was because you pre-pay while waiting for goods to arrive. The free USPS shipping is also little slow. When goods arrived, all in good condition and working as expected. Customer service response fine.
