GBFix your site to include when items are on back order The price was right for the Koken tools I bought and I appreciated how quick customer service got back to me, but my main issue has to do with the site. Both of the tools I ordered were on back order and it wasn't listed on the site as on back order. When I was told they were on back order, I offered to switch my purchase to a Koken ratchet on the site, but they also said that too...was on back order.

GBSlow in the shipping department Quickly delivery once it shipped, even though it took a month for it to ship. I assume it had something to do with the possibility of no stock of the item at the time the order was placed. However, there was no communication from the company about it; but once I contacted them about it they did ship it out as a reply.

They are very honest, and easy to talk to - a special shout out to Eswin Ponce. Eswin is very helpful and tries really hard to find ways that is very reasonable for his customers especially to his repeat clients such as myself. I highly recommend EIO for any electronic supplies that your company, schools, etc need.

GBThey had the item I wanted and were… They had the item I wanted and were even able to change the delivery location when we realized the time it would take. The item arrived as promised and even though the USPS tracking information is confusing and not always accurate, the item arrived on time!! The EIO customer service was top notch!

ESDo Not Order From This Company Order was placed 2/3/24 with an estimated shipping time on purchase of 3-5 days. On 2/5/24 I received a message with an extended estimated shipping time of 1-2 weeks. I requested a cancellation and refund on two separate occasions on 2/26/24. I filed a dispute on 3/13/24 (Dispute #23859850) asking for a cancellation/refund with no response. I have documentation for all of these communications.
